HK-600 Type B15 Class Plastic Pipe Penetration for Wall Extension Bulkhead

HK-600 type plastic pipe penetration for B15 class wall extension bulkhead provides fire protection for plastic pipes including PE, PE-RT, PVC, PP-R, PB and PE-X/AL/PE-X pipes passing through B15 class wall extension bulkhead.


Composition

  • HK-600 Type B15 Class Firestop Collar: Fabricated by one-time stamping from 0.8mm thick stainless steel plate; Reusable without welding, easy to replace and maintain the pipe.

  • HK-Barrier Type Intumescent Firestop Putty: Fire sealing for gaps between collar and pipe.

  • HK-SN Type Firestop Sealant: Fire sealing between the cable frame and wall extension bulkhead.


Technical Data

  • Fire Rating: B15

  • Approved Plastic Pipe OD: Φ16-Φ160mm

  • Install firestop collars symmetrically along the openings.
