HK-Antifire Type Cable Transit for B15 Class Wall Extension Bulkhead

HK-Antifire type cable transit for B15 class wall extension bulkhead provides fire protection for single cables, bundled power cables, bundled network cables, bundled optical fibers and other cables passing through B15 class wall extension bulkhead.


Composition

  • HK-T Type Intumescent Firestop Sleeve: Wrap single cables or cable bundles with an outer diameter ≤60 mm; minimum installation length: 80 mm.

  • HK-S Type Intumescent Firestop Belt: Wrap cable bundles with an outer diameter ＞60 mm; minimum installation length: 80 mm.

  • HK-A Marine Fireproof Blanket: Fill the residual gaps between cable frame and cables; minimum installation thickness: 80 mm.

  • Antifire Type Firestop Sealant: For fire sealing at both ends of the cable frame; minimum sealing thickness: 10 mm.

  • HK-SN Type Firestop Sealant: For fire sealing between the cable frame and wall extension bulkhead.

  • Fire Rating: B15

  • Maximum Dimension of Cable Frame: L600×W300×H100 mm, minimum frame plate thickness: 0.5 mm

  • Maximum Cable OD of Bundled Cables: Φ70 mm, with maximum cable occupancy rate of 29%

  • Maximum Cable OD of Single Cable: Φ49 mm, with maximum cable occupancy rate of 29%
